She graduated her first Bachelor’s Degree in MAPUA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY with the course of Business in Hotel and Restaurant Management and recently graduated in PHILIPPINE CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY for her Bachelor’s Degree in REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT.

AN AYALA LAND COMPANY which is considered the largest real estate developer in the country, which she represents high end pre-selling development in Makati City, Bonifacio Global City, Arca South, Ortigas and NUVALI Sta. Rosa Laguna. Rich experienced out of the country roadshows. Deal with different clients, corporations and investors from the Philippines and other countries such as Shanghai, Singapore, Europe, Middle East and USA. Mainly focused on project selling for residential condominium, office spaces and residential lots.

In 2019, Rich decided to branch out as Real Estate Associate in askME: The Property Specialist Group a brokerage firm in Bonifacio Global City, which now she provides service for luxury property owners, high end secondary market properties, rentals and upscale pre-selling development in the prestigious corners of Metro Manila, PH.
